Olivia has always been a self-proclaimed shoe addict, but before her entrepreneurial journey began, an attention to detail has long been instilled within her. Her mother is an interior designer and her father was an hotelier with an indisputable keen eye for details. Growing up in luxury hotels and seeing both her parents in action, Olivia developed that same meticulousness and understanding that details are very important. This mindset combined with her love of shoes inspired Olivia to create the patented shoe cushions.
The idea to develop sustainable yet stylish shoe cushions came from Olivia’s own personal experience of buying high-end shoes, only to find the packaging and the stuffing full of ineffective, wasteful and uninspiring tissue paper stuffing. As a result, she set out to create a beautiful alternative with several benefits.

Before starting Windsor Avenue, the private label division of the business, Olivia Hollaus launched her shoe care brand Protect My Shoes. Featuring her market-proven patented shoe cushions and other stylish shoe care essentials including shoe bags, a bridal collection, and numerous collaborations with female artists, influencers and creatives alike, Protect My Shoes has garnered a loyal shoe-loving customer base over the years.

With a firm belief that we are truly more impactful by working together, collaboration is a key pillar in everything that Olivia does. As a company, we carry that ethos throughout our special projects and with our clients. The creative and production process is harmonious and smooth with transparent communication at the forefront, from the beginning to the completion of every single order.
